EasyBookings provides an automated booking and enquiry handling system designed to help Independent Service Providers manage missed calls, messages, bookings, confirmations, and reminders. The service is intended to support your business operations but does not guarantee a specific number of enquiries, bookings, or income.

To use EasyBookings, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information about your services, availability, pricing, service areas, and working hours. You are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied is correct and for updating it whenever changes occur.

EasyBookings acts solely as an automated assistant. All services offered to end clients, including pricing, availability, service delivery, and customer satisfaction, remain the responsibility of the Independent Service Provider. EasyBookings is not responsible for the quality, outcome, or completion of any service provided to clients.

EasyBookings may request a reservation or booking fee from clients on your behalf to reduce no-shows and time-wasting. You acknowledge that any such fees are intended to confirm genuine bookings, and EasyBookings is not responsible for disputes, refunds, or chargebacks between you and your clients.

All fees for using EasyBookings are charged in accordance with the pricing shown at the time of signup. A one-time setup fee may apply, followed by recurring weekly charges. Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable once the service has been activated.

There are no long-term contracts, and you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future charges but will not result in a refund for the current billing period or any fees already paid.

You agree not to misuse EasyBookings or use the service for any unlawful, misleading, abusive, or harmful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the system or interfere with its operation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse or abuse is detected.

EasyBookings is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we aim to provide a reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that all enquiries will be successfully delivered or converted into bookings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DFY Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of income, loss of bookings, loss of data, or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use EasyBookings.

You retain ownership of your data. By using EasyBookings, you grant DFY Solutions Ltd permission to process personal data as required to deliver the service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of EasyBookings after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising in connection with the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
